How to customize the landing page of your event website

In this article you will learn how to customize the logo, images and sections of your event landing page

The customization features are included in all plans.

To customize your landing page, Go to Dashboard -> Your Event -> Theme -> Landing Page and click "Customize"

There are several sections on the landing page that you can customize and you can even add your own sections:

Header

The header is the top section of the website, where you uplaod your logo, event header image and add information about the event.

In order to customize the header of your event website, Go to Dashboard -> Your Event -> Theme -> Landing Page -> Header

1. Write your event’s headline in the “Headline” box,

2. Add the event’s short description in the relevant box;

3. Upload your event’s logo in the “Logo” section;

4. Upload your event’s banner in the Header Image section;

  • The header can have a transparent overlay which you can also turn on/off from this section

5. Upload your Favicon which will be displayed in the event tab in the browser;

6. Click the “Update Settings” button on the bottom.

Click Update Settings and then go to your event website and refresh to see the changes

 



Tickets and Registration Box

The tickets and registration box is on the top right side of your event website and can be customize to better reflect  your brand, but also to add a presentation video for your event.

In order to customize the header of your event website, Go to Dashboard -> Your Event -> Theme -> Landing Page -> Tickets and Registration Box

1. Fill in the “Title” and relevant “Description”,

2. To show a presentation video of the event, add an External Video Link (Youtube/Vimeo are accepted). Alternatively, you can upload a showcase image by selecting “Upload Custom Thumbnail”. 

3. You can also “Customize ‘free button’ label” by changing the default setting “Register free”,


4. “Customize ‘Buy ticket’ button label” by filling in your preffered wording,

Click Update Settings and then go to your event website and refresh to see the changes

 



About

The About section tells your participants what the event is about. When no details are added, the About button will not be displayed in the top main menu.

To customize your About section on the landing page, Go to Dashboard -> Your Event -> Theme -> Landing Page -> About



Add your event’s description and click “Update Event”. Then go to your event website and refresh to see the changes
